Refund and cancellation policy

We are only able to refund and cancel orders by 10am the day before your order is due to be delivered or collected. Should you need to cancel or amend any of our larger cakes we require two working days notice to arrange this for you. Should your order be damaged this should be reported immediately and photographic evidence must be emailed toorders@lapatisserie.gi.

Please note we are unable to accept returns.
